Urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer/Digital Content Creator to join a team and play a key role in driving the success of our client's retail property marketing efforts.

Details:

  • Title: Graphic Designer
  • Employment type: Direct Hire, Full Time
  • Location: Walnut Creek, CA (onsite only)
  • Compensation: $65,000 + benefits 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce original creative content to support digital marketing campaigns across email, website and social platforms, including FB, IG, X and LinkedIn
  • Create original, engaging content including property brochures, presentations, trade show materials and live event marketing collateral 
  • Update and repurpose existing assets to reflect current market needs
  • Coordinate and collaborate with brokers and other internal stakeholders to create content for specific property needs as they are requested in addition to supporting company wide marketing efforts
  • Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously with rolling deadlines
  • This person must be a team player who can effectively communicate, collaborate and work alongside company team members in a professional manner 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies within the commercial real estate and marketing landscape.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in design required
  • B.A. Degree in Graphic Design or similar required
  • Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Bonus: Background in commercial real estate industry 
  • Must be able to provide samples of work
