The Client

Our client, The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a Business Analyst to aid in their efforts to understand the ADS 201 and the overall Program Cycle to serve as the "business: Liaison between PLR and HQ CIO and mission globally to improve user experience of USAID digital products resulting in increased usage, decreased stress and provide a more pleasant overall productivity experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with USAID in some capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering, tracking, and evaluating data, especially digital performance metrics, using tools like Excel and Tableau

  • Analyze and Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to help USAID achieve its goals

  • Creating innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, such as new models that support business decisions

  • Share their analysis and plans with key stakeholders, and collect feedback and concerns

  • Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services

  • Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data-driven changes and improvements

  • Optimize the budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency

  • Recommending hardware and software updates to support the client's business objectives

  • Evaluating, testing, and recommending new procedures for enhancing software, hardware, and IT operations

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • Must be able to come onsite 1 or 2 days a week so must be local to the DMV area

  • Must have a clean background in order to obtain Security Clearance
