Receptionist

Location: San Francisco, CA (Presidio)

Pay: $65-70k / year + bonus


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering phones, greeting employees & guests, and coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
  • Help with expense reports and vendor management
  • Responsible for calendar management for the office, as well as lunch orders
  • Assist with local travel arrangements for interviewees


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have 1+ years office or client service experience
