Lux Nannies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating meetings and consultations, managing nannies and families, and assisting with various administrative tasks. 

Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to our team of nannies and families. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for managing communication between all parties involved, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and have their needs met in a timely manner. 

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
