Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the onboarding and validation of injection molding projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
    • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new injection molding projects.
    • Ensure all project deliverables are met according to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Validation and Compliance:
    • Oversee the validation processes for injection molding projects, including qualification protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry guidelines and standards.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Coordination and Communication:
    • Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, quality assurance, and production staff.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including validation protocols, test reports, and change control records.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure all project documentation is audit-ready and complies with relevant standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
    • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
    • PMP certification or equivalent training is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience is preferred.
    • Proven experience with new project onboarding and customer communications.
    • Ability to learn and understand understanding of industry standards and guidelines.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheets).

Working Conditions:

  • Travel:
    • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and industry conferences
