- Oversee front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and managing patient flow.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Handle financial responsibilities such as invoicing, payment processing, and managing office budgets.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
- Serve as the HR point of contact, managing hiring, onboarding, training, and, if necessary, termination of staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA), and office policies.
- Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management, patient outreach, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve office processes and enhance patient experiences.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with insurance processes is required to effectively coordinate with our outside biller.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with healthcare management software (ChiroHD preferred).
- Basic understanding of financial and HR principles, including payroll management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and HR functions is a plus.
