Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager - Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role involves managing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate records and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate records and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure efficient deployment of our team.
  • Handle billing and provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, staying informed about tax regulations and ensuring company compliance.
Requirements
  • QuickBooks online experience.
  • Previous experience in office management, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no late nights or weekend work.
