Sentoria’s Exploration & Production Oil and Gas client is hiring an Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service in resolving customer/vendor inquiries, obtaining required forms, reconciling vendor accounts, while assisting the AP team on all administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Monitor and resolve AP inquires received in the ticketing system.

·       Works with vendors to resolve billing issues and obtain required forms.

·       Answer incoming calls from the AP call center.

·       Reconcile & process vendor reports/statements as requested.

·       Responds to internal and external telephone calls and e-mails dealing with AP issues timely.

Job Qualifications:

·       1 to 3 years minimum accounts payable accounting experience.

·       Ability to accurately solve problems and a working knowledge in data management including spreadsheet proficiency.

·       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex operational information into an organized and presentable manner.

·       Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.

·       Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

·       Required:    Microsoft Office (Excel Proficient), Word and Outlook).

·       Preferred:    Working knowledge of SAP software.
