We are looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrative Coordinator Our client in Houston, Texas is seeking an AP & AR Administrator on a contract-to-hire basis.


Responsibilities:

· Receive all incoming Accounts Payable invoices and disburse to appropriate department manager for approval.

· Retrieve, review, and process all approved payable invoices and expense reports, daily, for system batch posting.

· Manage and maintain a daily invoice tracking spreadsheet.

· Perform sales order and shipment entry from customer orders.

· Create and distribute customer invoices.

· Create purchase orders and receive items in the system.

· Enter daily receipts against purchase orders.

· Manage the integrity of information contained in the Accounts Payable database and files, for easy information retrieval.

· Maintain electronic copies of all invoices, supporting documents, and payments.

· Perform efficient monitoring of Accounts Payable email, maintaining vendor and customer communication in a timely manner.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.

· 2-plus years of related experience in AP and AR.
