Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and responsible administrative coordinator to join our growing Company. In this position, you will answer phones, dispatching service calls with guidance, coordinate jobs, communicate with field personnel and commercial customers. Other duties will include spread sheeting and tracking information and email communications. No experience needed. On the job training provided. Please respond if you are serious about seeking a position and interviewing.

Office Assistant/Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities

· Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information

· Directed dispatching service calls, track technicians jobs and parts

· Confirming job completion, including invoice review and parts ordering

· Communicate detailed information

· Monitor emails and maintain customer communications

· Job scheduling

· Maintain customer relationships

· Check in with field techs and monitor completion of procedures

Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

· Verbal communication skills, good memory, common sense reasoning of situations is important

· Confidence in speaking in a Direct but Professional manner with associates

. Friendly Customer service skills a must

· Organized multitasker who works well in a quick-paced environment

· Must have a valid drivers license for occasional office errands

· Willingness to learn and to grow with the company, willing to train for the right person

Full time starting at 8:00am to 4:30pm
