The Education Admin will lead the Aramsco and Safety Express Education Team and provide direction to help us reach our goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Keep in touch with industry professionals and our customer base to be aware of what training is available and what training is desired.
  • Review training materials created in house and by training providers. Ensure manuals meet IICRC requirements.
  • Create yearly training schedule
  • Keep abreast of changing products and processes in the industry.
  • Work with IICRC and other industry organizations to promote education and to protect and advance the interests of Aramsco and Safety Express.
  • Serve as the School Administrator for Bridgepoint Systems School, our IICRC approved school
  • Develop new educational and training materials to support marketing efforts.
  • Extract and prepare reports from data to present to management team.
  • Provide customer service via social media platforms, emails, phone calls and by other means.
  • Manage Social Media platforms for the Education Department, includes promotion and responding to customer inquiries
  • Develop and provide training to branch personnel.
  • Train internal staff on the benefits of education to them and their customer. Create internal promotions and programs to motivate staff to work on education goals.
  • Develop goals for Education team to help us reach financial targets
  • Manage the P&L for each training class at each of our branches
  • Track and manage expenses to ensure budget goals are met
  • Represent department and the organization favorably and in accordance with established core values and expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the organization

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in the cleaning, safety, abatement, surface preparation, and restoration industries
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Understanding of training modalities and how to best implement them
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Detailed and organized
  • Creative and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
