We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Valenz. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support to our staff and executives, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our staff and executives, resolving issues related to systems, applications, and hardware.
  • IT Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for our IT department, including standard operating procedures and end-user guides.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the lifecycle of our hardware inventory, including imaging new laptops and ensuring that all devices are properly formatted and secured.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our IT Service Desk team to ensure prompt and efficient support for our staff, and escalate issues to Level 2 technicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Support Tech role, with a strong background in providing technical support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and O365 administration, as well as experience with Windows OS and Microsoft applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, or a related field.
