They will have a proven track record in managing enterprise data analytics, including the development and implementation of data governance and analytics policies. Fluency in English and U.S. citizenship are required. The role demands strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and uncompromising integrity in handling sensitive information. Additionally, the candidate should have exceptional writing, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytic skills, as well as experience with medical logistics systems.
Duties
- Assist management in developing and implementing policies to ensure program alignment with regulatory standards and performance targets.
- Craft comprehensive project plans encompassing all lifecycle stages, from inception to completion.
- Utilize innovative thinking to establish and integrate project goals, ensuring alignment with customer missions.
- Specify key roles and requirements for program areas, prioritizing based on the criticality of tasks.
- Evaluate existing procedures, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate collaboration across the PMO and NCR, managing data collection and compliance reporting for various directives.
- Liaise with system managers to communicate new compliance mandates, ensuring prompt remediation and reporting through an accessible dashboard.
- Record and analyze project outcomes to refine future phases and implementations.
- Organize consensus-building meetings with stakeholders to prioritize projects and achieve program objectives.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide consistent practices.
- Act as a specialist in process optimization, employing programming, statistical analysis, machine learning, AI, and data visualization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert data analysis consultation, applying statistical methods and AI to accelerate and broaden the scope of analytical processes.
- Foster a data-driven culture by spearheading the creation of analytical tools and services.
- Assess and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance data acquisition and utilization.
- Provide expert guidance on upgrading technical infrastructure for robust data management and advanced analytics.
- Evaluate and improve the accessibility of data assets, collaborating with stakeholders to overcome access challenges.
- Coordinate data tracking and integration efforts, including acquisitions, databases, and inter-dataset connections within the NCR.
- Lead data lifecycle management and implement data quality controls for the NCR.
- Manage data standardization processes, ensuring secure and efficient data handling and distribution.
- Guarantee that NCR data adheres to policy requirements and best practices in data management.
- Oversee the governance of NCR's data assets, maintaining their availability, reliability, and security.
- Engage with various data stakeholders to address data lifecycle, technology advancements, data sharing, compliance, and security issues.
- Act as a bridge between NCR and Data Analysis Communities, offering technical consultancy and insights on significant data-centric initiatives.
- Cultivate strong academic and industry connections to leverage leading commercial practices and technologies for NCR's benefit.
- Organize and conduct meetings, develop executive briefings, and manage logistical tasks and requirements to support NCR's objectives.
Must meet the criteria for a government security clearance (US citizenship is a requirement)
