Job Title: Supply Analyst SR

At Standard Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Analyst SR to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for synchronizing MTF requirements planning within the DHN NCR and overseeing the Prime Vendor Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor GPC expenditures, ensuring alignment with enterprise reduction goals and oversee supply chain management procedures.
  • Ensure strategic sourcing and standardization initiatives are effectively implemented and adhered to by NCR MTFs.
  • Implement and monitor compliance plans for standardization, including waiver/exception programs to support MTF operations.
  • Evaluate and enforce MTF reporting requirements, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and conduct bi-weekly Supply Chain Meetings.
  • Maintain business processes for environmental protection of materiel to prevent deterioration and ensure clinical efficacy.
  • Manage DMLSS/LogiCole program directives, establish system access controls, and monitor MTF performance metrics in line with enterprise objectives.
  • Provide technical oversight for DMLSS module usage and ensure FISCAM compliance across MTF systems.
  • Facilitate communication and guidance on system changes and data updates from DHA HQ to MTFs.
  • Oversee logistics systems training for MTF staff and coordinate with MHS Help desk for system application issues.
  • Ensure availability of documentation for command audits, reviews, and inspections.
  • Conduct supply chain analytical studies within the DHN-NCR, identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
  • Compile reports on department budget, contracts, supplies, equipment, and staff training.
  • Assist in creating training manuals for technical support team operations continuity.
  • Maintain a logistics database with all required DHA MED Log information and management reports.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare briefings, and ensure fulfillment of all logistics tasks and requirements.

Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship is a requirement.
  • English proficiency is essential.
  • A decade of experience in quality tools and medical logistics applications.
  • Well-versed in DoD MTFs policies, medical terminology, and simulation technologies.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to new software and multitask in a dynamic environment.
