Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and report at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
  • Experience in administrating employee benefit programs
