Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
Documentation and Records:
- Maintaining and organizing company records and documents.
- Assisting with data entry and updating databases.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Customer Service:
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Addressing inquiries and providing information as required.
Logistics and Coordination:
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company projects and initiatives.
Financial Administration:
- Handling invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supporting health and safety initiatives within the office environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may prefer an associate degree or higher.
- Experience: Previous administrative or office management experience is often required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others and provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Typically based in an office within the manufacturing facility.
- Hours: Full-time, generally during standard business hours.
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
