What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• General admin tasks such as downloading documents, uploading to our system, photocopying, etc., as needed.
• Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Completing client intake forms during 15-minute calls.
• Returning potential client calls promptly.
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Assisting with occasional drafting and sending out mail.
• Performing light bookkeeping tasks.
• Proficiently using Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat to assist lawyers.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Speak English fluently.
• Have previous experience in administrative roles.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
