Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and manufacturing chemical products, bottling, labeling, inventory management, picking, and fulfilling orders. Experience in shipping is a plus, and there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing and Manufacturing: Prepare and mix chemical products according to specific formulas and safety guidelines.
  • Bottling: Operate bottling machinery to fill containers with chemical products accurately.
  • Labeling: Apply labels to bottles and containers, ensuring all information is correct and legible.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Shipping: Assist with shipping processes, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 60 lbs).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with chemical products.
  • Familiarity with mixing processes and manufacturing machinery.
  • Experience with bottling and labeling equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Shipping experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
