Responsibilities:

Office Coordination:

  • Manage daily office operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and client visits.

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory.

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

  • Create compelling content for Instagram (IG), Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.

  • Manage and monitor social media activity, including responding to inquiries and comments.

  • Assist with online reputation management efforts.

  • Support the development of other marketing materials, as needed.

Client Intake Follow-up:

  • Conduct initial client intake interviews and gather relevant case information.

  • Schedule consultations with attorneys.

  • Follow up with potential clients in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • In-depth knowledge and experience using social media platforms (IG, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.

  • Familiarity with the legal industry a plus.

Compensation:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling arrangements. We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $30 per hour.
