Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in the community by promoting a positive image and generating interest in our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Meet with potential clients and caregivers to promote our services.
  • Distribute marketing materials, such as business cards, doorhangers, flyers, and yard signs, to promote our services in the community.
  • Work closely with office staff to coordinate services for patients and promote communication between staff and referral sources.
  • Cold call prospective clients, caregivers, and referral sources to establish a referral stream and meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our services and current needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team or other supervisory personnel.
Requirements
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
