Esdegco is looking for sales representatives to join a leading provider of high-quality janitorial supplies and equipment, committed to helping businesses maintain clean, healthy, and efficient environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads, identifying potential customers within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct needs assessments, understanding individual client requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and present customized proposals, showcasing relevant products and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales, securing new accounts and increasing existing customer spend.
  • Provide ongoing support to assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
  • Contribute to team success through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and or customer service.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
