Business Development Representative

Esdegco is looking for sales representatives to join a leading provider of high-quality janitorial supplies and equipment, committed to helping businesses maintain clean, healthy, and efficient environments.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads, identifying potential customers within your assigned territory.
- Conduct needs assessments, understanding individual client requirements and challenges.
- Develop and present customized proposals, showcasing relevant products and solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales, securing new accounts and increasing existing customer spend.
- Provide ongoing support to assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
- Contribute to team success through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and or customer service.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
