Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in strategically and operationally driving business growth. This includes nurturing existing accounts and spearheading efforts to acquire new clients. You will align our company's strengths, capabilities, and focus areas with lucrative business opportunities. Managing a robust pipeline of client prospects, you will collaborate closely with team members to establish adequate sales methodologies that drive revenue growth. We seek a proactive self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of securing new deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business prospects.
  • Strategically mine existing accounts.
  • Align with company strategy to uncover viable business opportunities.
  • Manage a continuous pipeline of client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish sales methodologies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Create compelling proposals and negotiate contract terms.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct meaningful client conversations leveraging technological understanding.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have experience selling IT Services or IT Professional Services.
  • The candidate should have technical depth and prior business consulting experience to quickly communicate the economic benefits of building an AWS Cloud Practice, or specific AWS service offerings
  • Proven ability to develop new business relationships.
  • Strong research skills to identify client needs and market trends.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
