Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee property management operations, including rent collection, handling work orders, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties, utilizing various channels to attract prospective tenants and buyers.
  • Investor Relations: Maintain strong communication with investors, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Real Estate Agent Support: Assist with listing properties, scheduling and following up on inspections, and managing documents with extreme attention to detail.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including organizing and managing the registration booth at our annual charity golf tournament, which hosts 120 attendees.

Job Duties

  • Excellent and prompt communication skills – written and oral
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Maintain the pending acquisition list on SmartSheet
  • Serve as real estate transaction coordinator from contract to close
  • Must be technically savvy and enjoy learning new technology
  • Excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Office
  • Report on weekly KPIs by maintaining activity checklists for each property.
  • Coordinate with accountant on rents, purchases and expenditures
  • Handle tenant relations
