  • Perform additional duties as assigned by upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in leasing at higher price points and adept at overcoming objections.
  • Availability to respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a property manager or 2 years as an assistant property manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the property management industry and its financial components.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management regulations.
  • Proficiency in YARDI Systems and MS Office, along with relevant software.
  • Customer-focused with a strong orientation towards financial outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
