We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of lease renewal and resident retention programs, as well as analyzing leasing reports to forecast occupancy trends.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
- Implement and manage lease renewal and resident retention programs to drive business growth.
- Manage resident relations issues, including responding to resident phone calls, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze weekly leasing reports to identify trends and forecast occupancy rates.
- Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new residents.
- Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent to ensure timely payment.
- Inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inspect the property to identify community policy violations, needed repairs, and overall landscaping issues.
- A minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Must be able to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and climbing stairs.
- This role may require a valid driver's license.
