Our client is seeking a Client Success Representative / CSR to join their growing team in Des Moines, Iowa

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $50k/year, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm 100% onsite. Plus enjoy an excellent benefits package

Some of your responsibilities as a Client Success Representative will include:

  • Implementing and troubleshooting with new clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Managing client’s telecommunication plans
  • Being the liaison between the client and carrier
  • Maintaining records
  • Problem solving

To qualify for the Client Success Representative position, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Technical aptitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills, SalesForce experience a plus
  • Willingness to learn
