About Us: Meier Orthopedic Sports Medicine is a leading orthopedic practice specializing in
orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, pain management, regenerative orthobiologics and personal
injury cases. Our team is dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatments, including arthroscopic
surgery, bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection
therapy, acoustic shockwave therapy and laser therapy. We are committed to improving the
quality of life for our patients through innovative and effective treatments to minimize pain and
optimize function.
Job Description: We seek a dynamic and professional Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This individual will play a key role in expanding our marketing efforts and enhancing our
presence in the healthcare community with an emphasis on personal injury cases. The ideal
candidate is a self-starter, outgoing, charismatic, and eager to learn the various aspects of our
medical practice and the diverse services we offer. This is an in-person role requiring the ideal
candidate to have reliable transportation to effectively market our practice across key
areas in Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and Orange County.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
and patient engagement.
 Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital
advertising, and community outreach.
 Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to understand and promote services such
as orthopedic surgery, BMAC, PRP, acoustic shockwave therapy and MLS laser.
 Plan and organize events, webinars, and workshops to educate the public, healthcare
professionals and attorneys about our services.
 Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust
strategies accordingly.
 Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, and community organizations to
foster partnerships and referral networks.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain
innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
