Job Description


Overview:

The Graphic Designer & Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and managing all visual content for our marketing initiatives. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other design software. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in photography and videography, possess their own equipment, and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing department.


Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other tools within the Microsoft ecosystem is essential for seamless integration into our company’s workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, events and other marketing materials. This includes graphics, videos, photography, and screen recordings.

Design Management: Create and manage internal PDF documents, decks, and slides to support marketing and sales efforts. Ensure all materials align with our brand guidelines and messaging.

Website Design and Development: Design and code website elements and pages, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience. Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement and optimize web designs.

Photography & Videography: Capture, edit, and produce professional-grade photos and videos for various marketing purposes. Manage all aspects of the visual content production process.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that enhance our brand’s visual identity. Support cross-functional teams with design needs.

Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. Maintain a well-organized digital asset library.

Visual Identity: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

Multichannel Content: Develop and integrate visual content across various marketing channels, such as social media, digital ads, print, and events, to support comprehensive marketing campaigns.


Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other design software.

Extensive experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional work.

Ability to create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Own professional-grade photography and videography equipment.

Experience with screen recording software and techniques.
