Position Summary:We are seeking a seasoned gaming Content Manager with a stellar gamer-first mindset to join our expanding publishing marketing team. The Content Manager plays an instrumental role at the intersection of content management and creative strategy. You’ll be instrumental in connecting players with the best content and experiences while keeping calendars culturally relevant, vibrant, and exciting with on brand content updates.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven history of managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders. The candidate should have experience working with global teams, an understanding of creative and social tools and platforms, and hold themselves to a best-in-class standard. This is a full-time position with the ability to work on-site at our studio located in Beverly Hills, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead content strategy and programming for different player cohorts, developing themes around content releases and cultural trends.
  • Execute daily management, curation, and drafting copy of owned and operated social media pages. Social media pages are inclusive but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok; including collaborating on paid media strategy and tactics.
  • Establish goals, create metrics for monitoring, measure impact, and ensure content meets objectives.
  • Lead content calendar, communications, coordination and scheduling with creators across Snail’s portfolio of games.
  • Collaborate and project manage with publishing dev, and marketing contractors.
  • Curate content for new markets and player cohorts, working with international teams
  • Identify and implement new creative opportunities with partnerships, and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Previous studio or publisher Gaming experience is a must with an emphasis on a live-services/live-ops equivalent background.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a project management, content creation or production-related role.
  • Content strategy thought leadership.
  • Experience in content management, digital publishing or similar areas.
  • Experience shipping cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
  • Experience collaborating with creators.
  • Creative and copywriting experience

Compensation:

Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
