Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, this position will include (but may not be limited to) managing paid social media, PPC, and various media buying campaigns, campaign monitoring and analytics reporting, content creation and scheduling, and management of necessary projects/campaigns.

 

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

 

·      Manage monthly ad campaigns for agency and clients including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.

·      Analyze ad performance and optimize client accounts routinely

·      Coordinate and maintain relationships with third party vendors as needed for media buying campaigns

·      Meet with clients to discuss content strategies and media budgets

·      Come up with creative for agency and client TikTok accounts

·      Review monthly ad spend budgets with internal team and clients as needed

·      Management of a direct report

·      Continuing knowledge and growth in digital marketing

·      Communicate confidently and effectively with the internal team and the client team

·      Ensure that all work is done on time, within scope, and within budget

·      Report and escalate to upper management as needed

 

Requirements:

·      3+ years of paid media management

·      Detail oriented, organized, and deadline driven

·      Proficient in writing and editing

·      Good with presentation building and Excel/budgeting for campaigns

·      Basic understanding of SEO

·      Comfortable with public speaking for meetings and company events

·      Agency experience preferred but not required

·      Understanding of SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Canva a plus

·      Video editing skills (for social media) and influencer marketing a plus
