ATG Innovations is seeking a Tier 1 Tech Support Help Desk Agent to support wireless communications infrastructure for SBA Communications. This position will serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties and serve as a crucial role resolving common connectivity issues, assisting with WiFi access, and managing communications across stakeholders. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues: Address no communication, slow speeds, and intermittent connection problems.
  • WiFi Access and Password Assistance: Help residents with WiFi connectivity, including password access and resets.
  • Communication with Property Managers: Serve as a liaison between the tech support team and property managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Dispatching Technicians: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of technicians to resolve onsite issues, with the necessary approvals.
  • ISP Coordination: Communicate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve external connectivity issues and improve service quality.
  • Troubleshooting Network Devices: Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues with network devices to ensure optimal performance.
