Total Staffing in partnership with our client a Manufacturer is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk Administrator to join their account department
This is a first shift opportunity. The hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.
The Accounting Clerk Administrator will support the accounting department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make collection calls to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle and organize paperwork, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks, accurately inputting financial information into our systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Computer Literate: Proficiency in using office software and accounting systems.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in an Office Setting: Familiarity with working in a professional office environment.
