**Director of Human Resources FTE role**
- Client in Irvine, CA, unlimited PTO
- Qualifications: Payroll Processing - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, including timekeeping, wage calculation, verification, and timely distribution of payments.
Benefits Administration - Administer employee benefits programs, handling enrollment, changes, and communication. This includes health insurance, 401k, and other company benefit programs.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration
Proficiency with ADP WFN payroll software required
Experience with remote employees in multiple states
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
