We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Director to join our team.


The HR Director will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.


This role will also include managerial aspects to include creating and maintaining company personnel schedules and standard operating procedure documents.


This role will be a part of our company leadership team.

Job Summary:

The HR Director with Recruiting Experience is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the organization's growth through effective workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management and a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and forecasts.


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition sources.
  • Develop and maintain an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.


Employee Relations and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Support career development and succession planning efforts within the organization.
  • Promote continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.


Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance appraisals and setting goals.
  • Implement strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of HR management experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Preferred Skills:

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage company scheduling system.


Working Conditions:

  • This position typically operates in a home office environment. Occasional travel may be required for recruiting, observation, and training purposes.
