Position Summary:

We are looking for a visionary City Leader to drive the growth, revenue generation, and business success for their Southeast offices (Miami and Atlanta) along with the surrounding suburban areas.  This influential role will involve establishing client relationships, leading recruiting efforts, and enhancing Company's market presence.  The City Leader will serve as a senior figure, developing and implementing a growth-oriented operational strategy with a focus on business expansion, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Lead new business pursuits, contract renewals, service line expansions, and same-store sales growth.
  • Foster collaboration with Company leadership nationally to enhance service lines and client relations.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Management (SAM) Leadership to advance new business development efforts.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, driving performance and reinforcing our award-winning culture.
  • Elevate Transwestern's market visibility by representing the company at events and networking with key-decision makers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including media relations, advertising, and special events.
  • Oversee professional development programs to recruit, motivate, and retain top brokers, service line professionals, and staff in a profitable manner.
  • Support potential mergers and acquisition activities within the market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Real Estate License required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and involvement in a professional affiliation within the commercial real estate industry.

Experience:

  • Minimum of ten years of leadership experience ideally in a brokerage or brokerage firm leadership role.
  • Proven track record in business performance, including P&L responsibility.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and articulate corporate philosophies and standards.
  • Experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
  • Strong ability to motivate and influence effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge in leasing, brokerage, marketing, property and asset management, and financial reporting.
  • Existing institutional owner client relationships are a plus.

Personal Skills:

  • Proven leader with a track record of motivating teams and achieving operational and strategic targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with colleagues for new business pursuits.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with NOI outcome responsibility.

Physical Skills:

  • Willingness to travel as required.
