Position: Senior Architectural Project Leader

  • Oversee an architectural team in producing detailed drawings and specifications from conceptual stages to final construction documentation.
  • Develop designs that meet client expectations utilizing design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage project documentation and materials, supervise construction processes, and maintain effective communication with clients and contractors.
  • Collaborate with subconsultants to ensure adherence to Florida Building Codes and industry standards.
  • Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project leadership, with a focus on adaptive reuse, renovation, and expansion projects.
  • Exhibit strong technical, design, and communication abilities, alongside proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Florida Building Codes.
  • Significant experience with construction drawing standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with strong design capabilities and familiarity with various design tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
