Owner Relations Manager

We are seeking an Owner Relations Manager to Join our Team. This position will involve managing relationships between Management and Property Owners and will work closely with the General Manager and Board of Directors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners. Maintain Files of all Owner’s documents and update in different property management systems.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for All owners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with their statements for both HOA and Rental program (RMA). Request all required documentation from Owners interested in joining the RMA program.
- Corresponding with homeowners: Owner Relations manager responsibilities include direct correspondence with the homeowners through email and telephone, as well as newsletters, flyers, postal mail, and signs.
- Reporting: work closely with the Chief Engineer and department in assisting in maintaining accurate records of all major current, ongoing, and future maintenance projects.
- Strategy Development: Develop strategies to enhance owner satisfaction, promote Rental program and retention.
- Assisting with board meetings: This includes calling meetings according to the schedules, sending out meeting notices, providing essential reports and materials to the BOD in advance, taking meeting minutes, and collecting data for presentations about the problems that the residents may be facing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in property management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
