The Re-Enrollment Advocate supports the annual enrollment process for patients accessing coverage for their prescribed medications through inbound and outbound telephone support, as well as administrative functions. Review and process patients’ enrollment forms to the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
$17/hr
Multiple Shifts Available (Schedules are flexible)
All shifts are Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- 6 months of high volume call center experience
- GED/HS diploma
- Able to work onsite 100% of time
- Tech savvy
