  • Pay Rate: $19-20
  • Shift: Monday – Wednesday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (24 hours weekly)

Summary: The Office Assistant is responsible for providing overall clerical support. Additionally, to ensure exceptional service and a prompt response.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will perform general administrative tasks such as filing, shredding documents, assisting in preparing proposals, preparing project, folders and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Follow all company policies, rules, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have recent clerical support experience in an office environment
  • Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to visually locate files and analyze information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel via telephone and email
  • Ability to sit for the majority of the work day and occasionally stand and walk
  • Must have manual dexterity in both hands and able to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and stoop, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
