Qualifications-

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update a database of all procurement contracts and related documents.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or disputes that arise.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, and obtaining quotes.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Analyze and evaluate supplier bids to determine the best value for the company.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Track and report on procurement savings and budget adherence.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement contracts.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement and contract management.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on procurement policies and procedures.
