As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads.
  • Meet customers at their home and provide estimates.
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with our project team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry trends is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
