Join Our Team at Core Improve - Sales Representative | Estimator

As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads.
- Meet customers at their home and provide estimates.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with our project team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry trends is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
