Member Services Representative

We are partnered with the nation's fastest growing ACA enrollment company in the marketplace Whose mission is to help clients save time and money while shopping the insurance marketplace. Backed by the Bain Capital, they have built relationships with top carriers including; Ambetter, Care Source, Anthem, Oscar, and Molina.
A successful candidate will have experience selling health insurance to customers, enthusiastic about educating and assisting clients, as well as hold an active insurance license in your resident state

Requirements
- Able to be appointed to Ambetter
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with both consumers and co-workers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
- Must be able to complete all licensing requirements (with financial help) or have a pre-existing valid insurance license
Responsibilities
- Answering questions related to existing or new policies
- Working in conjunction with the sales team lead to support 2025 enrollment
- Making/taking re enrollment calls
Remote work environment in the following states: FL, GA, NC, SC, TX, UT, AZ, NE
