CONTRACT MANUFACTURING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

[DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS]

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales representative to join our team at a well established dietary supplement manufacturing company located on Long Island. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling our dietary supplement manufacturing services to potential clients or leads. You will work to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company goals, contact, communicate, and/or schedule calls with potential clients and leads, and develop and maintain strong business relationships with all clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our dietary supplement manufacturing services.
  • Source and attract new sales leads.
  • Schedule calls, zoom meetings, and in-person visits with new, existing or potential clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present our services as a solution.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate new leads and promote our services.
  • Track and Optimize communication & sales pitch.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ALL clients (new, existing, and potential).
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Any Sales Role or Position (Required)
  • Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Proven Track Record of Exceeding Sales Targets
  • Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Connect, Build and Maintain Relationships with Clients
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Self Motivated and Driven - Go Getter Attitude

Salary:

  • 35,000 to 45,000 Base Salary (Negotiable Based On Experience) + Commission
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
