Job DescriptionJob Description

Prepare draft vacancy announcements for internal, status, and public announcements via merit promotion, Delegated Examining Authority (DEU) and Excepted Service.

Evaluate and determine candidates' qualifications for positions through merit promotion Excepted Service, and DEU, receiving assistance on announcements and situations that are highly complex or unique

Provide recruitment and staffing services for assigned organizations.

Assist in providing guidance to human resource specialists, employees, and applicants regarding various human resources matters, particularly as they relate to the staffing process, data analysis, information management related to staffing and recruitment, qualifications analysis, and the selection processes.

Possess skill in written and oral communications to prepare various memorandum, draft position papers and policy statements, and to interact with employees, supervisors, managers and other HR professionals at various levels.

Participate as a business partner and advisor to management and staff regarding their roles and responsibilities in implementing HR programs, activities, and individual personnel actions.

Candidates for this position must be Delegated Examining Certified
