Do you love to shop for cool swag? Got an eye for marketing trends? As a key marketing coordinator, you’ll support our sales team in growing our existing Promotional Products Division and support our overall company marketing efforts.

✅ Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team and clients to find promo product solutions
  • Research and present product ideas that fit client budget and expectations
  • Communicate effectively with inside production staff and outside vendors
  • Coordinate production schedules with sales, internal teams, and outside vendors
  • Execute purchase orders and maintain accurate job ticket information
  • Ensure timely and efficient production of promotional products
  • Help with internal marketing projects as needed.

✅ Expectations:

  • Proven background handling promo products and marketing projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in project management
  • Creative mindset to identify products that fit client challenges
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
