The ideal candidate will have:
- Union reporting, monthly and weekly
- Provide project support; certified reports, labor compliance required forms for union construction projects
- 4 + years of previous compliance experience
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience
- Proficient in certified payroll, union fringes, prevailing wage, and Davis Bacon
- Experienced with project-required labor compliance forms such as DAS140, DAS142, Fringe Benefit Statements, Labor Law Checklists, CAC2, and Union Status Letters
- Good understanding of basic California and federal labor laws
- Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting
- Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform the job. Examples include Discrepancy Notices, Daily Timesheet Audits, General Ledger analysis, and Certified Payroll Reviews
- Experienced with LCP Tracker, OCPS, DIR eCPR system
