Job Summary:

Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching for a Labor Compliance Specialist in the Lake Forest, CA area. This position will support the Corporate Labor Compliance Team in delivering project documents related to Unions, Certified reports, required documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Union reporting, monthly and weekly
  • Provide project support; certified reports, labor compliance required forms for union construction projects
  • Research and provide support documentation for discrepancy notices
  • Assist with union and labor compliance audits
  • Create and maintain craft class codes
  • Subcontractor compliance and certified payroll tracking

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years previous compliance experience
  • Proficient in certified payroll, union fringes, prevailing wage and Davis Bacon
  • Experienced with project required labor compliance forms such as DAS140, DAS142, Fringe Benefit Statements, Labor Law Checklists, CAC2 and Union Status Letters
  • Good understanding of basic California and federal labor laws
  • Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting
  • Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job. Examples include Discrepancy Notices, Daily Timesheet Audits, General Ledger analysis and Certified Payroll Reviews
  • Experienced with LCP Tracker, OCPS, DIR eCPR system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to use critical thinking to resolve daily challenges and analyze data
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Vista ViewPoint software a Plus

Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour
