Administrative Assistant Reception

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Reception to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents with proper spelling and grammar
- Schedule and confirm appointments and assist in prep work for team member to conduct appointment
- Greet and assist onsite guests, probe for needs, and route the customers to the appropriate team member
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Contact customers via phone, text and email regarding late and past due payments
- Enter customer payments
- Greet all vendors and log visits into office journal
- Update Outlook Calendar with outcomes of all customer appointments
- Keep agent and team members abreast of all appointments and trainings scheduled on a daily and weekly basis
- Implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
