Transportation Dispatcher | Administrative Associate
Strong, expanding 3PL Domestic/International Transportation company is seeking an experienced Dispatch & Administrative Associate. The applicant must have strong computer skill sets and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are required to direct and manage local truck drivers and communicate with current customers, and potential customers along with our logistics operational team.
Core Requirements
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks
- Must possess excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail a must
- 1 year experience
- Bi-lingual would be a definite plus
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
